			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What a great day for me&#8230;.I passed the 70-662 TS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuring! After two hours I pressed the <strong>END</strong> button, and finished with a score of 907/1000.</p>
<p>The last few mounths Exchange 2010 was my daily thing! Building&#8230;..building&#8230;..building and again building, this was the best preparing for me! A lot of things I&#8217;ve seen in Berlin at the TechEd, so I was ready to rock! <img src='http://markswinkels.nl/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

• Security policies<br />
• Business continuity (disaster recovery, personnel, equipment, and data)<br />
• Design of IT administrative structure (delegation models)<br />
• Best practices, standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)</p>
<p>This was also the last certificate for Windows Server 2008. The next few months I&#8217;am going to start with SCOM, <em>TS: Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, Configuring </em> <img src='http://markswinkels.nl/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

• Using Windows Preinstallation Environment (PE)<br />
• Upgrading existing systems</p>
<p>So now I will receive a new certificate from Microsoft <img src='http://markswinkels.nl/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  and i&#8217;m proud to say that i&#8217;m now <strong><em>Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Business Desktop Deployment.</em></strong></p>
